THE KITCHEN

The 117 m2 house is divided into two parts. On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. The house is powered exclusively by solar energy. The outside of the house includes a large terrace with a dining table, 2 swings for relaxing and a barbecue. In the garden is a pool of 32m2 with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower made in stone. There is a children’s playground by the pool.
